Who do I hire for a Rally Event?

I am setting up a rally event (racing) and am trying to find a good site to tell me what to expect as far as hiring who to do what and how much a fair wage would be. Putting together a budget plan and not sure how many people are necessary for it. Anyone know a site that can get me this kind of information? I got a general list going of inspectors, race coordinators, safety crew (non medical), medical crew, security, log book keeper, Timing officials, and announcers. Missing anything?
