My manager/friend is leaving the office after 7 years, what are some gift ideas?

I don't want to get her a mug, or a picture frame.. I thought about creating a gift basket, but I am not sure what all to put in it.. She is taking a job at a college, as a placement coordinator so I don't know if I should incorporate that somehow into the gift... What do you guys think?
