MCA in Anna university or jawaharlal nehru university or Banaras hindu university?

Dear friends now i am B.com final year i would like to do MCA in reputed institute like Anna university Chennai or Jawaharlal nehru university New delhi or Banaras hindu university varanasi, witch would you prefer for me becouse now i am preparing for AIMCET( all india MCA Entrance exam) if you suggest any any one of thouse universitys i will also ready to prepaer for that too...
