My z71 is having steering issues...?

my 88 z71 is hard to steer to the right in a certain spot but then it breaks free, and it only does it when im turning down a hill, the pump is not old and i just replaced idler arm and had a front end alignment, i had it painted and when i picked it up from the shop i noticed it struggling to turn, it acts like my tires are rubbing but i know theyre not
