What does data network provisioning coordinator do?

that is the role within a telecommunications company that is responsible for allocating bandwidth and hardware to new circuits for new or existing customers. it requires telecommunications knowledge from tip-and-ring all the way up through QAM and VOIP. it should also require a Cisco CCNA(voice) at minimum. not an entry level position. the holder of this position typically has more than 5 years experience in telecommunications installation or design.
