Assembled desktops in India.?

I need a new desktop PC with internet for my home usage. Is it good if I go for a assembled desktop with best of hardwares instead of a branded one. Please also guide me best capacity & brands for Hard disks, Processors, motherboard, RAM, sound card, graphic card, speakers, TFT etc. I want to buy these from Nehru Place in Delhi. Please guide me.
