Should donations to political parties be transparent in India like in western nations?

I think the donations should also be compulsorily made transparent. This will help correct accounting in the hand of donor and donee too. Now unaccounted money is flowing from Companies and business people to party funds and Parties are not bound to disclose all the donations and they are swallowing for their private and personal needs.
