I will answer the first 3 parts of this question. It opens down. We determine this by the coefficient of the x^2 term. Since it is negative the graph opens down and vice versa if it was positive. As time goes on that is as x (the number of days) increase the ticket sales decrease because we square the number of days and multiply it with a negative coefficient so ticket sales reduce.
