Help Ninja 250 messed up?

I recently did a valve adjustment ad a crab sync myself. Last night the bike ran ok made a bit of boise but i set the cams to .006-.007. I'm not sure but i think i might have done the valve adjustment too loosely. Now when i cut the bike on it idles and when i roll the throttle the bike cuts off at 4k rpm. Do you think i can go bake in and readjust everything better or did I mess something up bigger?
