Whether PM or HM will resign for their deficiency in performing their duty in selecting PJ Thomas?

During Lal Bahadur Shastri accidents were occasional.But today daily accidents.Bofors,Raja,now Thomas.Please let me know how many times Man mohan Singh will resigns.I personally believe resignations does not change the climate.O.K.There are natural disasters so God must resign.
