What Do You Think About This - New Census Findings Say Whites Are Becoming the Minority in the U.S.?

Is it possible that blacks and Hispanics don't use birth control as much as whites, which accounts for all of these ethnic babies? Don't they also reach puberty sooner and have an overall higher level of fertility?
