Please correct/rephrase my english in a good way.?

When I came to work this morning to punch my card, the timekeeper took my card on my hand and threw it on the ground and after he pushed me and shouting. I pushed him too and he punched my face and we start fighting, the ID Coordinator Mohd. Al-Shamlan came and help to stop the fight.
