Which one is better: Nehru Institute or mountaineering or Himalayan mountaineering institute?

Anyone who has been to NIM or HMI and can provide any leads on this will be greatly helpful. Also any details on how the basic mountaineering course is and what all do we learn. Any suggestions about this??
