Of course you can. With that degree and those grades you shouldnt have a problem. The economic climate is tough right now, but keep trying. keep getting your CV's in, keep demonstrating that you are really keen and motivated and know your stuff, and someone will be bound to accept you - Masters Dee in Mathematics is not an easy thing to do!
