Chances of UCI or any UC? Failed Sophomore Year.?

The lowest GPA a person got into UCSD was a 3.1. I'm pretty sure that was unweighted though. The thing is though, UCSD is a second tier UC, which is a higher rank than UCI. At this point, it pretty much comes down to luck. I found this person on the collegeboard forums
